v1.2.6 Release Notes

 As always update the version number to v1.2.6

All Pages:

  1. Add a button to the version number in the dock that links to the updates page

  2. Make the Live Date and Time the same size in the dock

  3. Add a link to the suggestions page in the footer

New “Suggestions Page”

  1. Add a new page with a new tab in dock named “Suggestions?”

  2. On the Suggestions page, add text that says “Suggestions, Comments or Concerns?” then have a recap of what the page is about and add contact info with the email address “ryguywebmessages@ryguysecure.net” 

HomePage:

  1. Add a suggestions tab to the suggestions page. The emoji should be a ?

Bio:

  1. Add “Servsafe- Food Protection Manager” to the certifications sector. Do the same thing as the other certifications for the new servsafe.

  2. Also Add OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Course, do the same for it to.

  3. Add Date Earned for All Certifications. Listed below. Make this stand out more when clicked on by the user. 

Servsafe- Food Protection Manager- Earned: 12/11/2025 Expiry: 12/11/2030

CompTIA Tech+- Earned 12/18/2025 No EXP

Cisco IT Support-  Earned 10/24/2025 Expiry 10/24/2030

Cisco Networking- Earned 4/25/2026 Expiry 4/25/2031

Both Microsoft Certifications- Earned 5/5/2026 No EXP

OSHA 10 HR General Industry- Earned 1/27/2026 Expiry 1/27/2031

  1. Add to “also experienced with” this list 

Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, VPN, Internet Web Service

  1. Change my contact email to Email owneroperator@ryguysecure.net 

  2. Make the phone number box have a “Click to Reveal” first before the number is displayed


Weather Page:

  1. Make Sure ALL information is accurate

  2. Remove the text “ Pollen tracking from this data source currently only covers Europe, so it isn't available for this location yet — showing the air quality trend above instead.” 

  3. Remove the “Pollen Trend” Text. Keep the AQI

  4. Fill the conditions/air box with other useful information or spread out the tiles to fill the sections

  5. Make sure both air quality information boxes actually match

  6. Make Sure the background isnt always just clouds. Make sure it actually represents the conditions

  7. Add an option to send a test notification

  8. Make the box that says “Live Weather” Look more neat

v1.2.3 Release Notes/Pending Changes

 These are the release notes/pending changes for July 22 2026 Release of RyGuySecure WebService. All Pages:  UPDATE VERSION NUMBER TO v1.2.3 (testing) up top and on the footer Fix the Light Mode button to say the current mode.  Change the Default light mode to System Default Update the All Page Backgrounds to Match there Current Weather Conditions (use location)  Make the backgrounds be nicer looking and more realistic Put the current date and time in the top right corner of all pages. (format for date is MM/DD/YY and the format for time is 00:00:00 AM/PM. Maybe put it along side the temps Home: Remove the certifications tab ONLY FROM HOMEPAGE!! Change the Live Weather Tab to say “RealTime Conditons For Your County,  Right Here, Right now” or something like that Change Recent Updates Tab to say “RyGuy Web Services Updates” and change the bio to something along the lines of that.
